I complained on Facebook about the parking - the $8 valet fee (highest I've encountered in town), the $5 lot charges, the iffy pay machines that don't like your plastic, and John Tesar sent me this update early this morning:
"I will be offering reduced-price parking and free valet to regulars starting next Monday."
Why don't all the restaurants at One Arts plaza do this? Or maybe they do? I guarantee the parking situation is a no-starter for a lot of would-be diners.
