Because of persistent reports from employees, I asked B&W if there were plans for upcoming layoffs at the Clinch River centrifuge manufacturing facility.
Corporate spokesman Jud Simmons responded today by email: "B&W has no plans for layoffs at our Clinch River facility. We are continuing our work there as scheduled."
