Potential fraud in Haiti's legislative elections

The final results of Haiti's congressional elections show 18 candidates winning who were not leading after the preliminary vote count. In 16 of those cases, the candidate supporting President Preval's INITE was the beneficiary of the last minute vote change. The results are very suspect and will give INITE a near majority in Haiti's lower house of Congress.
