David Cremona, owner of Cremona Bistro off the Quadrangle, has opened Mark and David's Italian Restaurant and Bar in the former Rosita's space on Maple Avenue near Parkland Hospital. The menu, featuring pasta dishes and pizza, is similar to Cremona's. It is open for lunch and dinner Sunday through Friday, dinner only on Saturday.
And yes, that means Rosita's has closed.
